Lainie and Garrett finished their swimming lessons and earned their blue ribbon and gold medal! It was a really positive experience for them and me. They made amazing progress in just 10 lessons and can SWIM!!! Garrett is rather young to have mastered rolling over onto his back for air (without being prompted) and then rolling back over to swim some more. We need to keep up the practicing, but I'm so proud of what they have learned.
This was the first day we had to wear fall clothes. Thankfully we had another warmup after that. I love an Indian Summer.
They were so proud of their medals!
